The policies below have been put into place to make sure that when you book a unit we are able to properly prepare it for you.
Please read the items below carefully and ask any questions prior to your departure.
DEPOSITS: (HOLD & DAMAGE)
Towables . . . $250 (Hold Deposit)
A hold is required to book any unit.
At pick up date you will pay remainder of the balance due and put down a $250.00 damage deposit.
Damage Deposits could be held for up to 10 - 15 business days after your return depending on
any damages that occur to the unit.
All funds are immediately deposited into our account and held towards the rental fee.
CANCELLATION FEES:
$0.0 . . . If cancelled within 31-90 days before your scheduled departure
$200.00 . . . If cancelled within 3-30 days before your scheduled departure
100% . . . If cancelled within 2 days of your scheduled departure
RENTAL RATE DISCLOSURE:
All posted rental rates are based on a 3-day rental
1 & 2 DAY RENTAL SURCHARGES:
1-Day rentals . . . a 50% surcharge
2-Day rentals . . . a 25% surcharge
RENTAL DISCOUNTS:
Rent for 6 days and get the 7th day free!
Note: Additional discounts available on monthly rentals or longer
NO SMOKING EVER ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT! PETS ARE WELCOME!
INSURANCE:
Towables: Typically, coverage is provided on the towable unit by the insurance company covering the tow vehicle. Curl’s RV Rental & Hauling, LLC does not offer insurance on towables.
We highly recommend verifying coverage with your automobile insurance carrier.
DELIVERY & PICKUP AVAILABLE:
We can deliver and/or pick up the RV from your event (call for current rates)
FREE DELIVERY to our home park of McKinney Falls State Park!
PICKUP & RETURN TIMES:
Pick Up Times
All RVs are scheduled to be picked up between the hours of 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Earlier pickup times may be accommodated as a courtesy only. Please call at least 48 hours prior to departure to confirm unit will be available for earlier pickup time.
Return Times
All RVs are scheduled to be returned no later than 11:00 AM. All renters must call prior to 11:00 AM to get an authorization for a late return; otherwise a $25 per hour late charge WILL apply. Late returns are accommodated as a courtesy only. Our goal is to make sure the next renter has a properly prepared and clean RV. Please keep this in mind when planning your return trip. Lost rental income due to late returns will be your responsibility, in addition to late fees.
A pickup/return charge of $75.00 will apply for pickups/returns requested after business hours.
NO SUNDAY RETURNS !!!!
CONVENIENCE OPTIONS:
Cleaning Packages: If you return the RV cleaned on the exterior and interior and with the holding tanks dumped and flushed, ready to go back out again, then no additional charges will apply. For your convenience, we have priced some pre-paid cleaning/dumping packages that may be purchased PRIOR to your departure. Please note cleaning and dumping fees not prepaid are significantly higher than pre-paid packages.

MISCELLANEOUSE OPTIONS:

ADDITIONAL EQUIPTMENT:
Weight Distribution Hitch (includes 2-5/16" ball) . . . $40.00 flat rate/rental
Onboard Generator Use (if applicable) . . . $10.00 day
Portable Gas Generator . . . . . . . . . . . . . $65.00 day
Note: Built-in generators and the portable generators will need to be used by people in a travel trailer while going to a destination without shore power.
